Walkthrough requests
When you request a walkthrough, we receive your name, business name, email and optional phone number so we can respond. GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) processes and stores website form submissions in Redmont’s account. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to promotional text messages.
Mixpanel website analytics
Mixpanel receives an anonymous browser identifier, page paths, campaign labels and actions such as viewing pricing, clicking the demo number or sending a form. Your form's name, email, phone number and business name are not sent to Mixpanel. Session recording is disabled and IP-based location enrichment is disabled.
We store an anonymous analytics identifier and first-visit campaign information in your browser. We use that campaign information to understand which visits produce inquiries. The embedded form has separate LeadConnector attribution. Mixpanel tracking respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals.
HVAC front desk check
The quiz uses fixed choices about team size, call handling, follow-up and your main business goal. Your answers and an anonymous quiz identifier are stored for this browser session so we can show your recommendation. Mixpanel receives those fixed categories and quiz actions when analytics is enabled. No contact details or free-text answers are included.
If you request a walkthrough from your result page, we send your quiz answers and result to Redmont’s GoHighLevel account with your contact details. Where available, we also include campaign information and anonymous quiz and submission identifiers to connect the inquiry to the website journey.
Other website services
The marketing pages also use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and LeadConnector tracking and chat services. Those services have separate tracking behavior. Information you enter into chat is handled through LeadConnector, separately from the website form.
